At LLL Art Jewellery, we strive to ensure our online catalog is as accurate and comprehensive as possible. To give you a detailed view of our products, some items may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs. Additionally, since every computer monitor is set differently, colors and sizes may vary slightly.

Our goal is to provide you with detailed information about your prospective purchase so you can appreciate the beauty and shape of each item. In compliance with industry standards and regulations, we note that the carat total weight in all purchases may vary by 0.05 carats from the stated weight.

We provide product measurements based on our manufacturing specifications. Slight tolerances may occur due to finishing during manufacturing. For gemstone and pearl measurements, a tolerance of 0.25mm is allowed.

For diamond jewelry set with multiple diamonds, we provide the minimum total carat weight for the piece. Color and clarity grades are expressed as either a minimum or an average, depending on the number of diamonds.

You are not authorized to sell, copy, distribute, transmit, modify, display, publicly perform, report, or create derivative or second-hand works based on any LLL Art Jewellery materials for any public or commercial purpose. Additionally, LLL Art Jewellery materials may not be displayed or transmitted on any other platform, in a networked computer environment, or on any other digital platform for any purpose.

If you breach any of these Terms of Use, your license to use the LLL Art Jewellery materials will automatically terminate, and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of the materials. Any unauthorized use of LLL Art Jewellery materials may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, privacy and publicity laws, and communications regulations and statutes.

Unless otherwise stated, please assume that everything you see or read on the platform (including LLL Art Jewellery’s creations or products, pictures, photographs (including any people represented in the photographs), illustrations, text, clips, music, written materials, and other content) is owned by LLL Art Jewellery. These materials are protected by copyright, design, and trademark legislation, as well as international conventions and national laws around the world.

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan.
